As noted by the faithful here, reloading a few times can help. It's affecting Firefox only, so if it's really annoying, you can switch browsers and not be affected. We're looking into it though, and hope to have a fix out soon.

These issues with discussions should mostly be fixed. Might want to clear cache if you're still running into them with some frequency. If it's still an issue after clearing cache, let me know.
